What's this stuff
do?
Essential oils have been used for thousands of years
for purposes as diverse as curing indigestion and achieving clarity of mind; we recommend that you take the time to educate yourself about the multitude of uses and beneficial traits that they have to offer you. They are quite powerful
due to their concentrated nature: please use with caution.
In general, essential oils should not be used directly on the skin, but diluted in a carrier oil of some kind, such as sweet almond, olive oil, or
a lotion such as the Self Heal crème.
Caution:
Keep away from children; discontinue use if irritation occurs. Educate yourself before using!
