To Place An Order ~                                          

If you prefer not to order online with our secure online PayPal option, please contact us offline using the following information. Please note that we are temporarily unable to process orders via phone. See below for more options!

Phone Orders ~ currently on hiatus
Call us at 1-707-499-6797. Please leave a message if we are unavailable, and we will return your call as soon as possible. We commit to returning calls within 48 hours whenever possible during regular business hours (9am -5pm, Monday thru Friday, PST).

E-mail Orders
Send us an e-mail with your order. Please include quantities and product codes, and your shipping address. For security reasons, please DO NOT put your credit card information in an e-mail, but rather include a phone number where we may reach you. We will retrieve all sensitive information from you personally, to better protect your privacy. As always, you may order online via our secure Paypal ordering if you choose.

Payment
In addition to our online secure shopping, via Paypal, we also accept checks and money orders. Orders will not be shipped without completed payment. For instance, should you pay by check, once your check clears we will ship your order.

We happily accept all major credit cards and Paypal accounts.

Once your order is filled, if requested we will call to confirm the total charges, including tax, shipping and handling.

Shipping and Handling

Since our current cart system does not allow us to offer shipping charges based on zip codes, we offer USPS Priority Mail shipping & handling charges that are competitive and fair in today's market.  Please contact us if you have any questions or comments in regard to our charges at any time.     
All goods are shipped via US Priority, unless UPS shipping is requested via phone (UPS shipping will incur an additional handling charge of up $5.00). If you have any concerns or questions, or prefer UPS shipping when ordering online, then please contact us by phone ~ 1-707-499-6797 ~ immediately after you place your online order. This way we can arrange with you shipping that better suits your needs.

Shipping & handling charges are flat fees based upon standard US Postal priority rate charges as well as the weight, size and destination of your purchase:

Handling charges include a confirmation delivery fee, and an optional insurance fee of .40 cents, and are based upon size and weight of package, not to exceed $20.00.

Return Policy                                                                                                      We work very hard to bring you the best in what we do: herbal body care. This means that we use only organic or wildcrafted herbs that are fresh and of the best quality ~ in fact, as a rule our teas are made with 95% organic herbs, 5% wildcrafted ones, however since we are not yet registered we cannot use that nifty "US Organic" label. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you may return the unused portion for a full refund, not including shipping. Or if you prefer, we are happy to exchange your products for something of less or same value, at no cost to you, and we will ship your exchange free. Please note that in either of these choices, we do not reimburse the original shipping fee.
